MTAR Technologies’ Major Orders
MTAR Technologies has secured two major contracts:
- Bloom Energy (Clean Energy Sector): MTAR received orders worth ₹191 crore for various products from Bloom Energy, a global leader in manufacturing fuel cells for the clean energy market.
- Aerospace Orders: MTAR also bagged ₹35 crore worth of orders from notable aerospace clients, including:
- Rafael Advanced Defence Systems: ₹7.99 crore

- IAI Ltd: ₹15.31 crore
This diverse order book signals MTAR’s growing presence in both the Clean Energy and Aerospace industries.
Execution Timelines and Growth Outlook
MTAR Technologies expects to complete ₹225 crore of the new orders within the next year, with the remaining orders set to be fulfilled by April 2026. The company’s management is optimistic about continued growth in both sectors.
Parvat Srinivas Reddy, MD & Promoter of MTAR, expressed confidence in the company’s future, stating, “We are optimistic about growth in Clean Energy and Aerospace verticals. The company is expecting significant orders in both segments going forward.”
Financial Performance and Client Dependency
A significant portion of MTAR’s revenue comes from its long-term partnership with Bloom Energy, which accounts for nearly 70% of its total revenue in FY24. However, this client concentration has raised concerns in the past, particularly when Bloom Energy transitioned its product line, slowing order flows to MTAR.
Looking ahead, experts believe MTAR has overcome these challenges. With a diversified client base and strong future order flows, MTAR is poised for growth.
